I added finer mesh to the screens for my purposes and wired them down to the standard screens. The throughput is excellent and the machine is reliable. We processed eight cubic yards of soil in two weeks including sifting, mixing, antifungal treatment, drying and packaging. Our previous sifter was the choke point. That problem is now solved.

Luke P Posted 90 days ago Upon receiving my multiscreener I notice the box was damaged in on corner. The result was one corner on the machine was slightly bent. After assembly the machine would run and than lock. After many adjustment I called and Debbie forwarded my concern to several of their technicians.they communicated with me each day for over a week trying to duplicate the problem. Finally they offer to send me the whole top assembly and even paid the freight to ship back. The new top works perfectly. It was worth every bit the money to have a well built product made in America and being able to talk to real people who stand 110% behind their product.
I love buying things that can be used hard and still outlive me.
This machine works really well. I bought the MultiScreener for it's mechanical simplicity and it looked like it could be adapted easily to fit my needs. I'm sifting worm castings so I've made some modifications. I zip tied a smaller screen on to the standard one. I'm experimenting with a collection funnel underneath so that all the castings flow into a bucket instead of a wheelbarrow. Thanks for taking the time to create an easy to use and what appears to be easy to repair machine. I love buying things that can be used hard and still repaired so that they outlive me.
