Upon receiving my multiscreener I notice the box was damaged in on corner. The result was one corner on the machine was slightly bent. After assembly the machine would run and than lock. After many adjustment I called and Debbie forwarded my concern to several of their technicians.they communicated with me each day for over a week trying to duplicate the problem. Finally they offer to send me the whole top assembly and even paid the freight to ship back. The new top works perfectly. It was worth every bit the money to have a well built product made in America and being able to talk to real people who stand 110% behind their product.
