We stand behind our products and will make every attempt to ensure that you receive a quality product. In the event that repair is needed during the one year warranty period we will instruct you on the best approach to rectify the situation. You will be required to submit photos and/or video to substantiate the need for repair. Failure to comply with the resolution constitutes a void in warranty moving forward.
Warranty pertains to faulty parts and/or workmanship only. Parts that fail during normal wear and tear are not covered.
Unauthorized modifications to the MultiScreener constitutes a void in warranty.
Dayton electric motors have a one year manufacturer’s warranty and are replaced directly by our supplier.
